Out of Pocket Fees
If your insurance is not verified before your appointment time, you will be responsible for the full out-of-pocket cost until coverage can be confirmed. For insurance coverage and the list of carriers Bess is in network with, see Insurance Billing.

Cancellation & No Show Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the practitioners’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. People who provide less than 48 hours notice, or no show for their appointment will be charged the full price of their appointment.
